Dongfeng Motor Industry Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd was
established in May 1983. It is the first foreign trade company
approved by the State in the Chinese automobile industry with
registered capital of RMB 86 millions Yuan. The headquarters
of CDFM locates in Shanghai with seven overseas subsidiaries
scattered in New York, Hamburg, Tokyo, Myanmar, Hong Kong, etc.
It also possesses eight holding companies in Shanghai, Shenzhen,
Wuhan and other domestic markets. Employees amount to over ninety
in all.
We are a professional foreign trade company affiliated to Dongfeng Motor Corporation (DFM) and guided weightily by Ministry
of Commerce of the People¡¯s Republic of China. Up to now, DFM
has established a vast of friendly partnership and trade relations
with more than 300 companies spread in over fifty countries
all around the world. More than 60 models of vehicles such as
truck, tipper, off-road and bus with Dongfeng brand¡°AEOLUS¡±
have been sold to 19 countries and regions in South-East Asia,
Middle East, Africa and South America. Meanwhile, varieties
of Dongfeng components have been sold to North America, west
Europe and Japan, etc. In 2002, Dongfeng Motor Corporation
was ranked number 69 among 100 most competitive Chinese Imp.
& Exp. companies and advanced to No. 37 in 2005.

and unswervingly goes ahead along the way of combining industry
and trade. These years in particular, CDFM values the accumulation
